On 10 and 11 July, a large group of businesswomen and company leaders from the Canary Islands, Castilla La Mancha and Madrid attended the European regional forum WEConnect International, held in London with PROEXCA.
The event was attended by 7 of the first 15 women entrepreneurs and company leaders of the archipelago to hold the Women Owned certification, promoted in the Canary Islands by PROEXCA. There, PROTISA was represented by its General Manager Raquel Malo Serisa, founder and reference of the company, presenting its business model based on sustainability and environmental education through the responsible consumption of resources.
Led by PROEXCA, the Canary Islands delegation participated in various networking activities and presentations with other international representatives. Raquel Malo was accompanied by businesswomen and representatives of companies such as Etnonautas, Tazirga Wellness Tours, Senet Consultores, Wai Comunicación, Grupo Stier and Canarias Sostenible
The event was a great opportunity to draw attention to Canarian business models and products, as well as to learn new methods of international negotiation with foreign competitors.
We hope to repeat this experience with an even greater presence of Canarian businesswomen.
